Welcome to our community website! Highland Ridge, a deed-restricted community situated around three bucolic ponds, is located in East Bradenton at the corner of 30th Street East and 38th Avenue East . Our neighborhood has 120 homes built between 2002 and 2006 by Morrison Homes. We are conveniently located one mile north of State Road 70 ( 53rd Ave. ) and a couple blocks east of US 301. Sarasota is only a 15-minute ride to the south and Tampa , 45 minutes to the north.

Everyone is welcome on our website, but it is maintained primarily to keep homeowners informed about their Association and updated on what is happening in the neighborhood. The site also includes our Calendar of Board meetings, the Association’s bylaws, articles and covenants, Association forms, recent newsletters, and other helpful information.
